Public Patrons
| Members of the general public may obtain a UTPA Public Patron card by paying a $25.00 annual fee. Your Public Patron card must be presented each time you borrow or renew books. Borrower will be responsible for all items charged to your card. It is the borrower's responsibility to notify the Circulation Desk (956-381-2005) if your card is lost or stolen. |
